Parking and Presentation Team

Host Team

Age: 14+, Safer Churches Course, Fit2Work (Police Check)

Café

This team serves barista-made coffee and other drinks, with roles including barista, milk frothing, pouring, and Point of Sale.

Host Team

The Host Team welcomes guests, helps them find seats, and ensures a distraction-free environment during services.

The HUB

The team at the Hub connects with new guests, answers questions, and helps people take their next steps at LifeHouse. They also provide resource and information about upcoming events, grow groups and conferences.

Parking

The parking team creates a safe, welcoming arrival by setting up gear, directing traffic, and helping guests park with a smile.

Security

This team keeps everyone safe by monitoring the premises and responding to emergencies.

First Aid

A group of trained volunteers or professionals responsible for providing immediate medical assistance in case of emergency during services and events.

Finance

The finance team serves behind-the-scenes to oversee and count tithes and offerings coming in from each service.

Salvation Team

This team connects with people who respond to the call for salvation during a service. They congratulate them, guide them to The Hub, and help them take their next step with a gift and friendly support.

Child Dedications Team

This team supports families as they dedicate their children to God, helping with planning, welcoming, and creating a meaningful experience.

Baptism Team

This team supports and guides people through water baptism, helping with setup, preparation, and creating a smooth, welcoming environment for this special moment of faith.

Alpha Team

The Alpha Team runs the Alpha course, creating a relaxed space to explore the basics of Christianity.

Call Connection Team

This team reaches out to new people who have recently joined LifeHouse Church and walks them through their next steps.

Age: 14+, Safer Churches Course, Fit2Work (Police Check), Working With Children Check (if serving at our Youth services).

Musicians and Singers

This creative team utilise vocals and instruments to create an atmosphere of worship for people to encounter the presence of God.

Audio

This team manages live sound and microphones to ensure clear audio for in-person and online services.

Lights

This team uses lighting to set the atmosphere and highlight the stage during worship and preaching.

Screens

The screens team manages all visuals—lyrics, verses, videos—to keep the service clear and engaging.

Live Stream

The Live Stream team make its possible for people to join church online from anywhere. They handle cameras, streaming gear, and software to ensure a clear, smooth, and easy-to-watch service.

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator ensures each service runs smoothly by organizing teams, supporting the preacher, and keeping everything on schedule.

Production Director

The Production Director oversees all the technical and creative elements that support a church service and is the main communicator between all production teams.

Age: 14+, Safer Churches Course, Fit2Work (Police Check)

The media team create and produce visual media content through photography, videography, video editing and graphic design.

Age: 14+, Safer Churches Course, Fit2Work (Police Check), Working With Children Check, six month attendance at LifeHouse prior to joining.

This team cares for and engages kids from toddlers through to high schoolers, creating a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment where children can learn and grow in their faith.

Buds – Walking or ages 1-3 years

Blooms – Kinder / Ages 3 – 5 years

Mountains – Primary Age / Prep – Grade 6

Stars – Special Needs

Forever Youth (Friday Nights) – Grade 6 – Year 12

Age: 18+, Safer Churches Course, Fit2Work (Police Check)

Grow Group Leaders provide a relational space where people can pursue discipleship, build meaningful connections, receive care and have fun!

Anyone can run one of the following Grow Groups:

Discipleship group: Bible study, devotional group, the discipleship pathway – we provide the content for you, structured content)

Social group: Running club, walking group, sport group ( golf, tennis, gym) breakfast club, craft or cooking group, family park hangs.

Interest group: business, mothers and bubs, finishing well, engaged couples, single parents

Age: 18+, Safer Churches Course, Fit2Work (Police Check), WWCC

LifeHouse Kitchen

This team prepares and cooks frozen meals every few months to support those in our church and community going through tough times.

Care Team

The Care Team provides compassionate care and support to individuals navigating various challenging seasons of life.

Prayer Network | No Compliance Required

This email-based team prays for requests submitted through the app or website, supporting others privately from home.

RAMS (Community Initiative) | Additional Training Required

This team goes into schools and runs community engagement activities and outreach programs teaching youth about value, purpose and worth.
